§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of WufiLand (hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "we").
By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you") agrees to these GTC. Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

§ 3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

  2. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

  3. Receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately after submission by an automated email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.

  4. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by a separate email (shipping confirmation) or ship the goods to you.

  5. We reserve the right to correct product information and prices in the online shop at any time.

§ 4 Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment Terms

  1. All prices are stated in [CHF/EUR] and include statutory VAT and delivery costs.

  2. Shipping costs are already included in the stated prices. However, for customers from Switzerland, additional customs fees may apply, which are not included in the price and must be borne by the buyer.

  3. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the online shop. We reserve the right to change the offered payment methods at any time.

§ 5 Delivery and Shipping

  1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

  2. Delivery times are specified on the product page or during the order process. If no delivery time is specified, the processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes place within 7-20 business days.

  3. We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

  4. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability for Defects

  1. All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights:

    • EU customers: 2 years from receipt of goods

    • Swiss customers: 2 years according to OR Art. 210

  2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

  3. Obvious defects or transport damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

§ 8 Liability

  1. We are only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

  3. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 9 Right of Withdrawal (EU) / Right of Return (Switzerland)

For customers from the EU:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you took possession of the goods.

For customers from Switzerland:
We voluntarily grant you a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. This right of return applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery and return costs) within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Requirements for Returns

  • Goods must be unused, undamaged and complete

  • Original packaging must be present

  • No hygienic impairment (e.g. used dog beds)

  • Personalized items are excluded, except in case of defects

  • Sealed hygiene products can only be returned unopened

§ 10 Data Protection

§ 11 Final Provisions

  1. The law of the Swiss Confederation applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. For consumers residing in the EU, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.

  3. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Bettwiesen, Switzerland.

  4. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
