1. Right of Withdrawal (EU) / Voluntary Right of Return (Switzerland)
For customers from the EU:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
For customers from Switzerland:
We voluntarily grant you a 14-day right of return from the receipt of the goods. This right of return applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery and return costs) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The costs of the return shall be borne by the customer.
2. Complaints (Product Defects)
If an item has a defect, the statutory warranty rights apply.
Requirements for a complaint:

The defect must have been present at the time of delivery of the goods.

Normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use are excluded.

Please report obvious defects or transport damage within 7 days of receipt.
