Cancellation Policy

You may use our sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments (excluding shipping and return costs) within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Requirements for Returns

  • Goods must be unused, undamaged and complete

  • Original packaging must be present

  • No hygienic impairment (e.g. used dog beds)

  • Personalized items are excluded, except in case of defects

  • Sealed hygiene products can only be returned unopened
